Randy Red: Randy Red is a Groudon hitman. He's slow, stupid, and above all, sucks at his job. He has a hard time beleiving just about ANYTHING, which in retrospect SHOULD make him an efficient hitman, because he won't fall from tricks. Yet somehow he manages to keep his job, likely due to lack of potential candidates to fill in for him.
Kyle 'Fish' Blue: Kyle Blue is a Kyogre Hitman. Although its hard to tell, he is Russian, and speaks with an accent. His nickname fish was gained via obvious means. It is unknown why he prefers the name 'Fish' over Kyle.
He's a tough-as-nails, get the job done right the first time kind of guy. He's actually GOOD at his job, but his missions tend to fail due to being partnered with Randy. One such incident was in Viriginia. Neither of the duo will shed light on what happened.
Mr. Green: Green is a Rayquaza, and the boss of Randy and Fish. Not much is known about him.

The Honchkrow Bros. The Honchkrow Bros. are a strange pair. Tony, the regular Honchkrow, leads a gang of Murkrow known as the 'Murky Blackness'. But Waylon, the Shiny Honchkrow, is...well...Queer.
Medidia Medidia is an alternate Universe, where no wars or even fights have been fought, and Peace has reigned since time began. The capital is Flowmorah, or the Enchanted Meadow, as its rulers call it.
Sparks(Agent Double-Oh-Rotom) Sparks is a Rotom super-spy(or so he SAYS...), a Master of Disguise(since he can possess electrical devices), and parttime Priceline Negotiator. He's quite bumbling, and a bit...useless...He also has the ability to transform.
Confirmed forms: Fridge, Lawnmower
Shay & Min Shay and Min are twin Shaymin siblings. One of them is a regular Shaymin, the other is a Shiny Shaymin. They live in the alternate universe of Medidia, or the Enchanted Meadow, as they call it. They're also the rulers of the Meadow.
Arceus: The mother of Dialga, Palkia, and Tina. She has disowned Dialga and Palkia for 'murdering' their brother, but even though Tina's now a villain, she still loves him and supports him. She barely ever appears, and has only made 2 appearences in the strip to date.

Shiny: An Umbreon with green stripes. Tina killed her brother, an Espeon, because he wouldn't 'Leggo his Eggo'. She now travels with Dialga, Palkia, and Regis, because she has nothing better to do.
Jerry: A purple Gallade. He is one of Franks four clones.
Hank: A Yellow Gallade. One of Franks four clones.
Lady: A female Gardevoir. She is one of Franks clones, and for some reason the machine screwed up and made her not only the opposite GENDER, but a whole different Species. Weird.
Max: A Red Gallade. He, too, is one of Franks clones.

Steven(Steve) Wernstrom: Steve is a Darkrai. An EVIL Darkrai, go figure. He was Emoxys protege in the art of evil, and learned to be a success villain after he finished learning from Emoxys. No one knows how the HECK he actually succeeded from listening to EMOXYS.
Giratina "Tina": Dialga and Palkias brother, killed in the first comic. He's recently resurfaced as Steve's loyal henchman, leaving many questions unanswered...
He is constantly referred to as 'Tina' for short, much to his chagrin. Much like how Regis has a guys name, Tina has a girl nickname.

Regis: Regis is a female, shiny, Pirate-accented Giratina. She's pretty weird, and Dialga/Palkia dont like her very much. She can be annoying, but she's brave and has some pretty good fighting skills. Unfortunately she can be kind of slow...
Emoxys: Emoxys is a red and black Deoxys. As his name says, he's Emo. He wants to take over the world for turning him emo, and to do that he needs to destroy Dialga and Palkia.
Frank: Frank is Emoxys' Gallade henchman. Frank is pretty strong, but of course, is kind of slow...As in mentally.
Balrog: Balrog is a Regigigas. He appears to be very dimwitted, and loyal to his 'friends', Frank and Emoxys.

Dialga: The master of Time himself, Dialga and his brother Palkia got kicked out of their home by their Mom, and now they're adventuring around for no real reason. Dialga is the rudest of the duo, constantly insulting Regis and expressing his dislike for the Giratina.
Palkia: The master of Space. Palkia is the quieter of the two siblings, and perhaps nicer. He has shown concern for Regis, unlike Dialga, but also shows signs of dislike as well. He doesnt speak too much, mostly standing on the sidelines.
