Internet Explorer 7	I figured we needed another topic like this considering views on the Revolution (with a soon to be announced REAL name. Yes that was it's codename, and Nintendo is giving it a real one) have massivly changed. First of all, Nintendo has publicly said that they saw their mistake with the Gamecube's lack of 3rd party support and are fixing it. Their development kits are like half price for God's sake! Second, the idea of more than just that lame nub thingie for an attachment on the Revolution conroler has spread. How about a shield for when you play Zelda? A gun? Anything to fit a game when needed! Third, the controler's origonality had to sink in. Loads of people thought it was dumb a while ago like it now. You can't possible say you wouldn't like to play MoH using the controler as a gun. What about a lightsaber? Wheel for a racing game? Shooting a basket in an NBA game. You could even play a cooking game with it. Fourth and finally, the Revoultion will be the CHEAPEST next-gen system of them all. $150-$200 compared to $400 and $600 is really cheap. Nintendo isn't compeating though. They even said that. Their plan isn't to sell more than the competition, but to sell with them. Anyway, vote and discuss.

Yup, its been confirmed that Twilight Princess will work with the Rev! ^.^ I cannot wait to play that game, and using the rev control will make it even better. My arms are gonna be dead after im done though XD Theres quite a few new games that have been confirmed for it too. For example, Red Steel. I think that it is kind of in the style of Kill Bill, fighiting wise, because you use guns and swords. I also think it has something to do with time travel? I dunno. But it sounds great. Theres also one called Sadness, which is a horror. Instead of having guns or swords, you have to use things from the environment as weapons! How cool is that?! Games like these should help get rid of Nintendo's reputation of being 'kiddy/childish'. 100%. I just cant wait for the 9th of May, when everything will be revealed!

Firefox Age: 17	I like the idea of the Revolution, but I Like All of the Next gen. I want them all. But most probably getting the Rev and the PS3, X-box never really sparked my interest. so yeh Its Cool! I'm gonna get it (hopefully)

Posts: 2,280 Group: SonicShadow Veterans Member #9 Joined: April 2, 2006 Gender Female Age: 16	The Revoloution is definatly the most innovative of the three systems, and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. The hardware isn't as powerful as the PS3 and Xbox 360, but if the motion-sensitive controller works out, it could outsell both of the other next-gens.
