Internet Explorer 7	I cut out whatever I could: Working search feature, uploading stuff, quick edit, and something else. I kept the script that puts the users browsing a topic/forum on the top of the page, plus the obvious sidebar and shoutbox (which cause the most lag) vote for the last option (if you havent already) if you see an improvement.
