Apparently normal members don't have permission to post in this topic. Is that a problem, or is that supposed to happen? Also, since I wanna get this point across before I forget, Xanders going on about how we should delete anything to do with real sonic characters from our world, that'll completely ruin some of our storylines, for example, Tornado was created by Robotnik, so it'd ruin his storyline. Also, one of my characters has a strong relation to Robotnik, although i'm not gonna release who or why yet. Why the heck have we decided to build a new world anyway? Why not just build on the old world but on an area of the world which hasn't been used in sonic games (aka, anywhere sonic hasn't been, is where our stuff is located)? |

I agree, we shouldn't totally get off Sonic, but have our own city, that Sonic and the gang like never go to. Like I've focused my characters on demons and magic and they have nothing to do with Eggman anymore. I think eventually we should break away from Sonic, but for now a little refrence wont hurt... |

Agree with who? Xander or Drag? I'll take Drag's side on this, if you break away from Sonic then most things are gonna crumble. let's see. -No emeralds, which means most storylines to do WITH the emeralds would make no sense. -Characters who look LIKE Sonic would make no sense. -So far i've counted 6 characters with a relation to Eggman. -Anyone who's an ultimate lifeform is deemed non existant. -People who live IN parts of Mobius would make no sense either. And sense I can't post in the city topic i'll put my rebuttle here, Why do all our characters have to live in one city? and wouldn't one big city where they all live contradict with most everything in there bios? I say just let people have it how they want, or make there own cities. And Xander, if your reading this, this would be the kinda thing I refer to as control frekish. |

Even though i dont rp much any more, i agree with Drag and Badx on this. Kinda ruins most of the plots if we move away from the Sonic universe. And this is a Sonic forum after all. I know that doesnt mean that we have to rp about Sonic rp related things, but it would be wierd. |

as I said. I havent encluded anything about the sonicverse in my story. But I don't mind it in others or anything if they want it to be. Oh and the big city isnt for everyone to live in. Its just like the Capital City where everything goes down. sorta thing :3 |

Yeah, its like the hub type city, there're several other towns and cities around it. Jack and Billie don't live in the city, they live outside the city. But again, we kinda brokeaway from the Sonic dudes and its ok to have some Sonic related stuff like Emeralds and Eggman, and we still go to Mobius, but most of us have done our own things with our characters. I don't nessesarily agree with Xander with the whole "No more Sonic anything" because some of us want to relate to Sonic. But i think it would be cooler to have our own planet and cities, and some of your characters can remain on Mobius if you like that better. |

I prefer the idea of keeping everything simple, but i guess if people want to add more detail and make it complicated its up to them. |

I still think the whole 'rest of mobius' idea is a good one. For example, i'd say Sonic probably doesn't change which side of the world he's staying on, seeing as how many places you could actually fit on one side of the world. We could just take the other side of the world and design it however we want. Also, Jack would be another character related to Robotnik, seeing as his father was working for him or something. |

He was but I'm changing that now, his father was working for the Triad concidering he was a darklighter... But yeah, lets design our own side of the planet! |
