The final frontier. The universe is a huge place and adventure can be found on every planet. In this universe, mages pilot colossal space frigates while murderous space pirates capture planets no further advanced than the medieval kingdoms of old. Evil is everywhere; the insane, cybernetic Ninjabots, extra-dimensional Sand Serpents, corrupt magic-users of all kinds and many, many more fill the universe with their sinister influence. Where are the heroes on which galaxies relied upon? The ones who purged the stars of evil? A new age is upon us. Choose a side or perish in the blackness of space. No-one will miss you... The time: We sit on the verge of a new millenium. The year is 23999; our technology is far more advanced than we could ever have imagined. And the ancient secrets of magic have once again been uncovered, letting mana back into the universe. But don't get too eager; magic-users are not made, they are born. About 30% of the universe's population can use magic and no more. Everyone else lacks the genetic marker that allows their minds to call mana from the Astral Realms. The story begins here... Timothy kicked his starboard sub-space engine. It was on the fritz again. Sighing, he rummaged around in a nearby toolbox and pulled out a magnetic auto-driver. Inexpertly, he began to unscrew the engine from the starship.

BIC: Timothy Ulysses, Planet: Beowulf After a considerable amount of work, Timothy fianlly managed to jury-rig the engine. Wouldn't last long though. Might have to see if there were some good prices for parts on Isis 9. Later in the week though. Right, now, he was tired. Sitting heavily on a worn-out couch facing the ship, Timothy wiped his brow in exhaustion. OOC: Note that planets are named primarily around gods, demi-gods or otherwise legendary figures from different ancient mythologies and legends. Our Solar system is named after the Roman gods (or the other way around, whatever). This rule is only a general rule of thumb though; don't hesitate to get creative. Oh, and if you're on a different planet, can you post that at the beginning of your post? Thanks. Oh, and Beowulf is pretty much the Coruscant of this thread; the central hub of this particular galaxy.

I dont mean gibberish, like Planet Kixismkemddk, I mean like um...Planet Supermario!(LOL) Name: Shadic Homeworld: New Earth Age: Looks 16, real age unknown Gender: Boy Species: Hedgehog Power/Weapons: Chaos, Super speed(Not as fast as Sonic), weapons are anything he finds lying around, guns, swords, whatever. Personality: Shadic has a personality like Shadow. Rude, thinks he's superior to everyone else, and likes to act tough. He hates being defeated and would rather die than lose a fight...(Well, maybe 50% of the time he would)...But the one difference between him and Shadow is he has Sonic's sense of pure heroism that inspires him to do good wherever its needed, and he also likes to wander. And in this RP, he's a crazed Futurama fan. Name: S-mel(Ess-Mel, not smell) Homeworld: Robotinix(An mechanical planet) Age: N/A Gender: ...Since he's a robot, neither, but I'd say boy. Species: Robot Power/Weapons: Can copy attacks like Emerl/Gizoid(from Sonic Battle) can Personality: S-mel is a eager robot who loves to fight. He was programmed just to be basically a delivery bot/mechanic, but for some reason he came out with a love of fighting. So he tends to hang around Shadic because the heroic hedgehog basically attracts danger. Name: Techo Age: 17 Homeworld: Planet Beowulf Gender: Male Species: Chameleon Power/Weapons: Super strength(given by his robot arm) Optic-Bursts(Robot eye) Invisibilty, Shuriken Personality: Techo is an assassin for hire who kills his target the second he see's it. He never hesitates to kill whatever is in his way(Unless its tiny, cute and cant fight back, he has a soft spot for those kind of things). He roams the Universe doing his work wherever its needed...As long as it pays. Name: Maren Gender: Male Age: ??? Homeworld: Planet Reala Species: Echidna, Nightmaren Power/Weapons: Super strength, flight Personality: Maren is sagelike. He only fights when it is needed, and is always calm and somewhat wise. He knows many things, but one thing he doesnt know is why he is part Nightmaren. Not even the smartest beings in the Universe could answer that. He is on an eternal quest to find it out, like how Shadow was on that 2 game long quest to find out his past after he lost his memory. Except longer. -------- Shadic was lounging around. No villains had been doing anything recently, so he was stuck doing his part time job as a delivery boy for a company. S-mel was helping out too, despite the fact that he didnt want to. He especially didnt want to because he was loading everything onto the ship and Shadic was sitting on the couch watching TV and drinking soda. "Help out ya lazy bum!" S-mel shouted at the hedgehog. Shadic sighed and snapped his fingers. S-mel looked around in confusion; everything had been loaded into the ship. "You're welcome." Shadic said, never looking back at the robot. S-mel walked over, grabbed Shadic by his spines, and dragged him into the ship. "NO! S-MEL, YOU CANT MAKE ME LEAVE DURING FUTURAMA!" "I CAN AND I WILL, MEATBAG!" "I'D LIKE TO SEE YOU TR-OW! WHY'D YA DO THAT?" "SHUT UP ALREADY, WE'RE LEAVING!" S-mel started the ship(Which was the actual Planet Express Ship from Futurama, they had bought a duplicate online because of Shadic's obsession with Futurama) and they lifted off the small planet they lived on.(It was called New Earth, and it was on a planet the size of the moon) They had to make a delivery to Planet Beowulf.

But yeah, you can name the planets whatever you want, as long as it's sensible. And besides, a planet Kixismkemddk could exist, so long as the inhabitants used that language and weren't part of discovered space. All parts of discovered space prety much work off the naming rules I had above. Can you also post your character's homeworld of origin? It's gonna help me figure out a SL. Timothy: Beowulf Also, time for a new character to help Tim out! Name: Lokin Ignatius Nicknames: None Age: 15 Height: Medium Eyes: Green Species: Cat Homeworld Zeus 7 Gender: Male Fur: Black with white chest, "gloves" and "mask" Clothing: Wears ancient-Japanese-style robes and loose pants and tunic. Appearance: Fairly slender build, but muscular. Weapons: Force weapons (which project high-velocity mini-force-fields as bullets), but has a custom made sonic shotgun at his side at all times. Abilities: Lokin has the ability to download his entire physical body into technology. Hence he can "cyberjump" into a computer on Beowulf, travel through the Internet and come out of a computer on Zeus 7. This makes computer hacking and instantaneous travel a breeze for him. Personality: Always the joker. Has been described as a wild card, "soooo not stereotypical" and "sarcastic smart-a*s" amongst others. Lokin walked into the garage. "Hey, Tim. Engine troubles again?" he called. Timothy cracked open an eyelid. "Yeah. Nearly got stranded in space too; took out all my power circuits when it went down." "Sounds like fun." "You don't know half of it." "Tell me the rest then." Lokin replied cheekily. Timothy rolled his eyes. "That was a figure of speech." he replied. Lokin chuckled to himself.

Shadic drove the Planet Express Ship towards Beowulf. Although, once S-mel left the control room, he pulled out a pocket TV and started watching Futurama. Soon S-mel realized they were descending towards Beowulf at an alarming rate. "OH CRAP!" He said as he realized what was going on. He dashed into the control room to see Shadic watching TV. He kicked the hedgehog in the head, and tried desperately to stop the ships rapid descent, but nothing worked. The ship plummeted to the planets surface and crashed near Timothys garage. It exploded with a loud BOOM.

BIC: A huge explosion rocked the housing complex. A fireball erupted into the room, burning everything inside. Luckily, Lokin and Timothy had heard the incoming ship and had escaped the room and sealed it off, saving their lives. Once the fire had ben put out by the automatic fire extinguishers, the friends raced back into the room and hurried to the crash site. "My god... what happened?" Timothy stammered.

"I told you, meatbag, DONT WATCH FUTURAMA WHEN YOUR DRIVING!" "Dont tell me what to do, you stupid android!" "Silence, Meatbag! Its YOUR fault we blew up!" "Nuh uh! It was YOUR fault! You um...DIDNT STOP ME FROM BRINGING MY PORTABLE TV!" "Oh THAT IS THE BIGGEST LOAD OF BULL!" Shadic, who had escaped the explosion with Chaos Control, was unharmed. And he had saved S-mel for once, along with the package.
