I was considering sorta leaving it there as a sort of cliff-hangerish thing, with the events having happened, and then wait a while to make the things which consequence from it come in a later RP when I had slightly more time, and so the new things would be like 'Oh yeah, I remember when that happened, so it's continuing on?'. Mind you, I'm now just about to have 2 weeks off, so I'm happy to continue Simple Science if you want.

It's just funky American accents making us Aussies sound like British convicts hyped up on helium.
