Half Man, Half Dragon, Half Tonberry, these guys are awesome. Disclaimer: Tt is debated whether they are 1 and 1/2 a being, but no one really gives a spoon. Discription: They come in many colours with various abilities. They come in varying heights but are usually just a tad shorter than your average furry. Each one has an element or lack thereof or more than one element, although the ones that have more then one are weaker at breathing those elements. Then Generally like/strong with their element and weak against/dislike the opposite element. They all originate from one of the Queen TonDragonites, that live in the floating continent of Pangea which is covered by clouds or invisible when there is none. In Pangea lies a eight city cave, all connected to a main city that is covered with a dome. Each mini city has a certain type of element of Tondragonite because of the element being collected in that town. Each element in the town supplies power to the main dome and keeps the island floating. TonDragonites have knives that can be released into swords, can use magic of their element, carry magical material in their lanterns, and some can grow wings, but wing growing is rare. If a Female Dragon grows wings and a Queen TonDragonite dies, It will become the new Queen and lose it's wings. Only TonDragonites may access the floating island.

It would be slightly less comedic if it was just invisible, but 'Covered by clouds until there are no clouds in which case it's invisible' just sounds kind of... shoddily thought out...

I could have easily made is just invisible with some magical force barrier thing, but I wanted it to be funny. Sorry for not making sense, but at least I'm not Shadic.
