Who has seen this? I was expecting it to be the worst movie in the world, but it actually wasn't half bad. The effects were great, it was pretty easy to follow, and the jokes were decent. I'm not a Trek fan in the slightest, but this movie really exceeded my expectations.

Though there was something strange about seeing Sylar with pointing ears and that awful hairstyle..

That's the normal Spock hairstyle...

I loved the movie, but my dad and I are huge Star Trek fans. I think they did a great job of keeping this alternate timeline canon. I actually thought it'd just be a lame reboot of the series; it wasn't. I don't think they should make a sequel, but they obviously will.

I know that. It's still awful.

I agree, I think it would be good without a sequel. It ended perfectly.. but it brought in way too much money to end it.
